Born & raised in the Atlanta area, Mike joined the real estate business in the mid-’80s and quickly became one of the top-selling agents the Atlanta market has ever seen. After becoming the #1 residential agent in Georgia, Mike founded Southern REO Associates and quickly became an entrenched figure in Atlanta real estate focusing on the listing, management, and sale of bank-owned assets throughout Georgia & Florida.
After closing over 10,000 residential transactions, Mike and his team at Southern REO chose to join the Century 21 organization in February of 2015.
Today, Mike is focused on teaching and mentoring associates with his company that want to grow their business to new heights. Mike’s stated goal with Century 21 Connect Realty is to lead the Atlanta region in per agent productivity and he is committed to achieving this through a strong culture of coaching & mentoring that empowers the modern agent.
Our Chief Operating Officer and Qualifying Broker is Dewayne Amos. Originally from Iowa, Dewayne and his wife Jasmine have called Atlanta home for almost two decades now. Dewayne has been an integral part of our work family for the past 15+ years. His strong understanding of Georgia License Law and sales contracts make him the perfect person to head our Broker support team. Dewayne’s other gift is his understanding of how to implement modern technology in our real estate business and his patient ability to help any of us gain a better understanding of the tech tools available to us.
Karen was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised on the south shore of Long Island. She has 2 grown daughters and 2 adorable granddaughters! Karen loves music, reading, theater and walking. She is an active bowler and ice hockey fan.
Karen moved to Georgia in 1988 and got her Broker’s license in 2006. She has worked with Mike for 18 years and is the Office Manager and one of the four Brokers on staff. She reviews all contracts and ensures each transaction is GREC compliant – keeping our agents out of real estate jail.
Additionally, she assists with the on-boarding of new agents and guides our agents through the contract process to a SUCCESSFUL closing!
Jay Willard is one of the newest members of our staff. As the Director of New Agent Solutions, Jay supplements our extensive classroom and on-line training programs by providing our agents with practical real-world experience in the field. As a seasoned agent, Jay enjoys the challenge of helping customers make confident, informed decisions about their most valuable asset. He has leveraged advanced technological tools and resources, a strong work ethic, integrity, patience, and an unmatched degree of professionalism when representing clients. He has transferred his love for real estate into a passion for coaching, mentoring, and assisting other agents with every aspect of the real estate transaction. Jay loves spending quality time with his wife and family, traveling, riding motorcycles, completing home improvement & repair projects, and serving in his church.
Our Marketing Director, Rob Hamilton, comes to us after a 30-year career in Radio and Television.
Rob was born in Spartanburg, SC, but has called Greenville, SC and Augusta, GA home before moving to Sandy Springs in 2006 and then finally settling in Roswell in 2011.
Rob has a beautiful wife and two wonderful children, Liam (8) and Lauren (4).
The majority of Rob’s career in media was spent on the air, in management, and in marketing and digital. He has run some of the largest digital marketing departments in Atlanta radio over the past two decades.
When not hard at work helping our agents market themselves, Rob loves spending time coaching Youth Baseball in Roswell, where his son plays. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Roswell Youth Baseball Association, and is Cubmaster for Roswell’s Cub Scout Pack 985.
He and his family are members of Roswell United Methodist Church.
Originally from south Texas, Celina Meador found her love of presentation, performance and education at an early age. She got her start in social media with MySpace and Facebook, back when Facebook required a .edu email address to have a profile.
She has 13 years of dance instruction experience in Texas and California. Celina worked in character entertainment at Walt Disney World for 5 years. She has a degree from California State University in Global Studies with a minor in Geography.
In March 2017, Celina moved to Georgia and found herself in the sales and marketing world first, and then dove right into real estate. She combines her humble Texas spirit with the love of teaching to her role at Century 21 Connect Realty as the Social Media Specialist and Brand Ambassador.
Born and raised in the heart of Silicon Valley, Kristina was brought up by her grandparents and went to college is Hollywood, California at the Academy of Dramatic Arts majoring in Theatre. While living in San Francisco, Kristina found her passion for Real Estate working for the Shorenstein Company, the cities largest private landlord. In San Diego, Kristina advanced to become an experienced Real Estate expert with 200+ closed real estate transactions since 2015. Prior experience includes over fourteen years as an executive & administrative assistant in the fashion, real estate, and technology industries.
